o Up to 3 years of “risk-based” experience or transferrable experience through coursework, internships, etc.

o Business & Technology aptitude with a willingness to learn and understand the key processes within technology, cybersecurity, and data management

o Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with a high level of details in a high-pressured environment

o Soft Skills are the number 1 factor!

o Must be a self-starter, willingness to learn, etc.

Job Description

PAY RATE RANGE 20-25/hr.

JOB DESCRIPTION

o Ensure the timely and quality completion of all control testing requirements in accordance with organizational guidelines.

o Aids in the performance of risk and control self-assessments.

o Participate in the identification and analysis of risks.

o May assist in the development and execution of enterprise risk management programs.

o Develop, maintain, and continually enhance a proactive risk management program and related initiatives.

o Assist business and technology team knowledge to better understand processes and controls.

o Partners with technology Segment Risk Managers to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (business partners and technology teams).

o Assist the risk partners/business segment in the timely remediation of issues.

o Provide support for policy/controls and process documentation.

o Document and maintain internal team processes as needed.

o Contributes to teams’ continuous improvement culture by applying critical thinking skills and experiences to make suggestions.

o Aid in fostering a risk-awareness culture.
