Boost Talent are representing a major UK government department seeking Senior Product Managers to guide delivery across complex, fast paced environments. These are hands on product leadership roles where you will shape vision, align stakeholders and support teams to deliver meaningful outcomes at pace.
The Role
You will lead product direction across discovery, definition and delivery. Expect to work closely with policy, engineering and delivery teams, ensuring clarity of priorities, smooth execution and continual improvement of user and business outcomes.
What You Will Do
Define and communicate product goals and measurable outcomes
Own product backlogs and ensure clear prioritisation
Lead discovery to validate user needs and service requirements
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive delivery
Manage senior stakeholders across government environments
Identify risks and dependencies and secure alignment
Promote mature product thinking and best practice
Nice to Have
Experience working with Microsoft 365 environments
Knowledge of Purview, information governance or data protection tooling
Familiarity with enterprise scale security and compliance frameworks
Who You Are
Experienced product leader with strong government project background
Skilled in managing complex and high pressure environments
Confident communicator able to influence senior decision makers
Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
Focused on user centric outcomes and continuous improvement
All roles require either BPSS Clearance or SC Clearance
