About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Red Hat + VMware Engineer to join a secure, high-performance environment in Farnborough. This is a hands-on technical role suited to someone who thrives in complex, mission-critical infrastructures and is comfortable working fully on-site.Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments
Build, configure, and support VMware virtualisation platforms
Troubleshoot system, performance, and infrastructure issues
Implement automation, optimisation, and security best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and security teams
Support project delivery within a classified environment
Required Experience

Strong background with RHEL (installation, configuration, patching, hardening)
Expertise in VMware ESXi, vSphere, vCenter, and related tooling
Experience working in secure/government environments
Proven ability to work on complex infrastructure projects
Current eDV clearance preferred (or willingness to undergo)
MOD DV holders will also be considered
