Research Analytics Lead

A leading consumer brand is seeking a Research Analytics Lead (equivalent to Senior Associate Director level at a research agency) to design and implement advanced statistical analysis on survey data. This role involves full ownership of analytical projects, from initial brief through to communicating results with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead complex analytics projects using market research data to inform strategic decision-making.
Apply advanced techniques such as key driver analysis, segmentation, perceptual mapping, and price elasticity modelling.
Collaborate with quantitative researchers and data teams to develop innovative research methodologies.
Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective stakeholder communication.
Present insights confidently to senior leaders (up to MD level), championing a customer-first perspective.
Maintain high standards of research integrity and quality, in line with MRS guidelines.

About You:

Deep expertise in multivariate statistical analysis of survey data.
Hands-on experience with Choice-Based Conjoint and Menu-Based Conjoint analysis.
Proficient in R for data analysis and modelling.
Strong knowledge of techniques including regression, factor analysis, clustering, and significance testing.
Able to translate business questions into actionable analytics plans and present findings as compelling narratives.
Adaptive, creative, and comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments.
