Job Specifications

Budget: 570

Reinforcement of the trade support team by actively participating into the BAU.

Understanding of the tasks performed by middle office teams, ideally with understanding on how financial markets function from the buy-side perspective.

Main instruments in scope are OTC derivatives.

Insurance of trades are accurately captured, booked and transmitted to the outsourced service providers.
Investigation and resolve breaks
Providing specialist support s, i.e. pre & post trade support (trade settlements)
Usage of SNOW (“Service Now”) for tickets reaching trade support
Working closely with BNPP Securities Services (BP2S) / Clearers and relationship managers for trade support services, ensuring the service received meets the required standards.
Working with Dealing Services / GTF and Investments to ensure high quality service and to reduce risk and improve the quality of trade data received.
Timely escalation of trade support related issues to all relevant parties (front office, legal, risk, BP2S etc.) ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Assistance in trade support related projects, exception management and ad hoc tasks.
Management of the claims received from counterparties, challenging the investigation already done and following them through payment and resolution
