About the Internship

This internship is focused on learning how a financial planning practice operates. You will shadow our team members, where you will observe client service tasks, and internal processes.

What You’ll Do

Shadow the team
Assist with client meeting follow-up
Email clients to request documents
Schedule appointments
Process forms and applications
Track tasks and maintain checklists
Support daily office operations

Requirements

Currently enrolled in college (junior or senior preferred), or recently graduated. No specific major required.
Able to work in-office in Clearwater, FL
Strong communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable learning new software
Willing to shadow before working independently
Professional and friendly

Systems You Will Utilize

Outlook, Teams, Excel, Microsoft Lists, Salesforce, eMoney, Adobe, etc.
