Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in both server-side and client-side scripting. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of ServiceNow objects, experience building Service Catalog items, workflows, and web applications, along with the ability to lead projects and deliver high-quality solutions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement processes and solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Build and enhance Service Catalog items, Workflows, and Record Producers.
Write and optimize Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and other server-side components.
Develop efficient, high-performance web applications with strong attention to detail.
Collaborate with the QA team to ensure defects are addressed and releases meet quality standards.
Lead project initiatives, manage deliverables, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks (including radars).
Highlight project risks and concerns to leadership teams.
Provide clear and accurate deployment instructions for releases.
Maintain detailed documentation of implemented functionalities—both in code and within internal project management tools.
Perform testing and validation of code developed on the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
Strong proficiency in server-side and client-side scripting.
Experience with Service Catalog, workflows, and record producers.
Solid expertise in creating Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and related components.
Strong understanding of writing clean, efficient, and high-performing web applications.
Ability to test code and troubleshoot issues on the ServiceNow platform.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project leadership skills.

Preferred / Good to Have

Experience working with the HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) module.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations.
