We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with strong healthcare domain expertise and hands-on experience with Epic systems. The ideal candidate will support business and technical teams by analyzing requirements, enhancing interoperability capabilities, and ensuring high-quality data workflows across clinical and payer systems.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, document, and translate requirements into functional specifications.
Support development, integration, and reporting initiatives across the Epic Payer Platform and related Epic modules.
Work with Epic Bridges to design, configure, and troubleshoot clinical and payer system interfaces.
Utilize Epic Cogito tools such as Reporting Workbench and Slicer Dicer to develop analytics, dashboards, and operational reports.
Analyze healthcare data including claims, member eligibility, and enrollment to support business and regulatory needs.
Ensure interoperability and data exchange using HL7, FHIR, and SMART on FHIR standards.
