We’re seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Campaign Operations Manager to join our global Marketing Operations team. This role supports our EMEA Marketing team by executing marketing campaigns and managing related processes. You’ll help craft multi-channel marketing campaigns and collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth campaign execution based on defined procedures. Your focus will be on effectively utilizing our marketing tools and contributing to team goals.
This position plays an important part in supporting our marketing campaigns through diligent execution, process adherence, and a continuous improvement mindset. We’re looking for someone eager to learn, with foundational experience in email marketing and automation.
This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the United Kingdom. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role.

In this role, you will:
Develop and make improvements upon processes such as efficient campaign intake, execution workflows, and planning processes.
Collaborate with team members across Marketing to understand and execute campaign goals.
Utilize marketing automation (Marketo, Iterable) integrated with CRM (Salesforce) and data platforms (Hightouch, DBX), following defined practices to execute campaigns.
Build, test, and launch marketing campaigns spanning channels (e.g., email, webinar, landing pages, etc.) and tech (Marketo, Zoom, Contentful, Iterable, AllGood, etc.).
Ensure campaigns (e.g., thought leadership, customer lifecycle, ABM) are accurately set up in marketing automation tools to meet objectives.
Work with global peers to ensure content accuracy, localization, and quality assurance for campaign assets.
Track and report on key campaign metrics such as conversion rates and click-through rates, identifying areas for improvement within your owned processes.
Initiate A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Embrace the use of AI to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of campaign execution and actively seek out opportunities to embed it further in useful ways.
Apply marketing technology knowledge and follow best practices to support marketing objectives.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness.

Minimum requirements for the role:
6+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, demand generation, or campaign operations at a fast paced B2B technology company with high campaign throughput.
Experience executing campaigns in Marketo or similar marketing automation tools (e.g., Eloqua, Hubspot, Pardot), including audience segmentation, program build, and QA workflows.
Familiarity with executing campaigns across different regions is a plus.
