We are exclusively partnered with a leading business in Warwickshire who are seeking a Graduate Data Scientist to join their team; driving innovation and enhancing their operational performance through advanced data science techniques.

Role Responsibilities

Developing and implementing data-driven models that support decision-making processes across various departments.
Designing and executing experiments to test hypotheses.
Analysing large datasets to uncover insights.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable business strategies.

What We're Looking For From You

Statistical Expertise: Strong foundation in statistical methods and their practical applications.
Programming Proficiency: Advanced coding skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data gathering, analysis, and modelling.
Data Handling: Experience with large datasets, data wrangling, and data visualisation tools.
Machine Learning: Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to new challenges.
