Senior Project Manager (Remote)
Location: Remote (Canada)
Pay rate: CAD$90/hr - CAD$100/hr
Duration: 12+ months (with possible extensions)Overview
Seeking a bilingual Senior Project Manager (English/French) to lead the delivery of a cloud-based Salesforce case and care management solution within a healthcare or social services environment. The role involves full lifecycle Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and change management across business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Agile project delivery from initiation through release
Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and quality
Facilitate project and Agile ceremonies, steering committees, and status reporting
Coordinate cross-functional teams (business, technical, vendors)
Support change management, process improvements, and training readiness
Conduct discovery sessions, define user stories, and support sprint planning
Ensure bilingual communication and documentation (English & French)
Mandatory Qualifications
University degree in Business Administration, IT, or equivalent experience
Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and verbal)
2+ years Agile full lifecycle delivery experience
5+ years project management experience in healthcare or social services
Preferred / Scored Qualifications
5+ years as a Senior IT Project Manager on cloud-based CRM projects
Experience leading mixed in-house and vendor teams
Change management planning and execution experience
Strong cost estimation, resource planning, and scheduling skills
Solid understanding of IT systems and business process impacts
PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 certification
