Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

Master's degree in Civil Engineering and/or Science in Construction, with strong expertise in assessing building performance, maintenance needs and long-term infrastructure reliability ;
10+ years of engineering experience, with demonstrated success in quality control, project coordination, site supervision, ensuring the projects are completed on time and within budget and in alignment with H&S regulations;
Regulatory & Sustainability Expertise: Certified Fire Safety Expert with a strong understanding of building regulations and energy-efficient practices, ensuring safe and sustainable facility operations .

Duties/role:

Liaising and coordinating with the Agency's internal and external stakeholders, including the full set of suppliers contracted to ensure the appropriate level of building operations ;
Ensuring smooth transition from the project implementation stage to standing building operations (Business As Usual) ;
Ensuring the building achieves its initial operational capability on 1st October 2026, as far as the O&M framework is concerned .
