Gordon Ramsay Restaurants is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Digital Trade Manager to lead the eCommerce and digital performance across our portfolio of restaurants. This pivotal role will drive online revenue generation through voucher and experience sales, digital partnerships, website optimisation, and home delivery channels across UK and US.

Key Responsibilities

Own and deliver the commercial growth strategy for digital sales, including gift vouchers, dining experiences, and home delivery revenue.
Manage trading performance across the brand websites, ensuring conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and exceptional user experience to maximise bookings.
Develop and manage relationships with third-party partners such as Virgin Experiences, Red Letter Days, and other online retailers to maximise exposure and sales performance.
Oversee paid performance channels (including PPC, paid social, display, and affiliate marketing) in collaboration with the marketing team and external agencies, driving continuous ROI improvements.
Partner with internal teams to ensure that product, pricing, and inventory for experiences and vouchers are accurate, appealing, and consistent with brand standards. Analyse sellthrough and redemptions to recommend new products and experiences to maximise profitable demand.
Regularly analyse trading reports, performance data, and digital behaviour to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Manage seasonal and campaign trading calendars to align with the wider marketing and business goals across the restaurant group.
Champion digital best practices, exploring new tools and partners to enhance sales performance, visibility, and customer experience.

Skills and Experience

Proven track record in eCommerce or digital trade, ideally within hospitality, retail, or experiential sectors.
Strong commercial mindset with experience in managing online revenue streams, paid channels, and third-party sales partnerships.
Highly analytical with expertise in digital analytics platforms (GA4, Looker Studio, etc.) and conversion optimisation.
Hands-on understanding of CMS platforms, product merchandising, and digital campaign management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with marketing, operations, and external partners.
A passion for hospitality, premium experiences, and delivering outstanding digital customer journeys.
