Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Brussels – Hybrid (2 days/week on-site)

Duration: 1 year

Description:

For our client, we are looking for a Business Analyst who can analyse business processes, identify needs, and propose solutions that improve organisational performance and efficiency. You will play a key role in understanding business strategy, translating requirements into technical specifications, and supporting successful project delivery. You thrive in a dynamic and adaptable environment where digitalisation and automation are central.

Technical and General Competencies:

Business process analysis: Assess and analyse existing processes to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and risks, working closely with stakeholders.
Needs identification: Collect and translate business needs into clear, measurable requirements.
Solution design: Develop solution proposals based on requirements and collaborate with technical teams to evaluate feasibility.
Project management support: Assist in creating project plans, managing risks, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing necessary adjustments.
Communication and collaboration: Serve as the link between business and IT, ensuring alignment and shared understanding across teams.
