Key Responsibilities
Partner with Product Managers to capture and refine product requirements for new features,
enhancements, and roadmap initiatives.
Document user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and feature specifications.
Analyze customer feedback, product usage data, and system logs to identify gaps and
improvement opportunities.
Assess how SaaS product features interact with ERP processes (e.g., order to cash, pricing,
billing, integrations, reporting).
Work with technical teams to define data mappings, API requirements, and sync logic.
Validate data flow and accuracy between systems after deployments or integrations.
Build dashboards and reports for business stakeholders using Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across SaaS, ERP, and CRM systems.
Review current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization or automation
across SaaS operations.
Support change management and user adoption during system updates or process transitions.
Recommend best practices for scalable operations in a growing SaaS environment.
Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Facilitate workshops, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT.
Support SaaS product releases by coordinating requirements, QA validation, and release notes.
Track risks, dependencies, and timelines for enhancements and operational projects.
Help define success metrics and measure the impact of delivered features.
Your Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related
discipline.
4–6 years as a Business Analyst in a SaaS or technology environment.
Strong understanding and minimum of 4 years experience with Order to Cash and Pricing
processes.
Familiar with Rebates and Chargeback processes.
Experience working in Agile environments with Product and Engineering teams.
Background in data analysis, product usage analytics, or dashboarding tools.
Hands-on experience documenting business processes and supporting system integrations.
Strong Excel and/or SQL skills for data analysis.
Strong communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
French communication is a plus.
Highly analytical with a strong problem-solving mindset.
Strong documentation and organization skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced, agile SaaS environments.
