Job Description & Summary

In data analysis at PwC, you will focus on utilising advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. You will leverage skills in data manipulation, visualisation, and statistical modelling to support clients in solving complex business problems.
Meaningful work you’ll be part of
As an MLOps Engineer, Agentic Workflows, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. We need an MLOps Engineer to design and maintain pipelines for agentic AI workflows, ensuring robust model deployment, monitoring, and retraining capabilities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Build and manage ML pipelines in Databricks for model deployment and monitoring.
Implement automated retraining workflows based on performance metrics.
Integrate pipelines with agentic AI applications for seamless updates.
Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to operationalize models.
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
Strong experience with Databricks, MLflow, and CI/CD for ML.
Knowledge of agentic AI workflows and orchestration.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed data processing.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization.
Understanding of GitHub Actions and DevOps principles for ML pipelines.
Experience with Hugging Face, BERT, and transformer-based models.
Preferred Certifications: Databricks Certified Data Engineer or ML Professional.

PwC BC Region Pay Range Information
The salary range* for this position is $82,300.00 - 109,700.00 - 137,000.00$ CAD Annual, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual bonus payment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon your skills, experience, qualifications and geographic location.
*Please note that the salary range for this position is reflected for our British Columbia region. Given our national recruiting approach, we recruit (and may hire) in other regions and therefore the salary range may differ depending on the work location. PwC is committed to competitive compensation and sharing salary ranges in accordance with applicable pay transparency legislation as they arise.
