A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a UI/UX Developer.
Position type: Fulltime- Contract role
Duration: 24 Months
Location: San Antonio, TX
As a UI/UX Developer, You Will
Research, design, develop, test, and integrate UX/UI designs into JavaScript/Java codebase, ensuring technical feasibility, standards compliance, and accessibility (WCAG & ADA/508).
Act as a designer-developer SME, providing guidance and decision-making for high-visibility projects; design and maintain wireframes, mock-ups, and UI prototypes.
Develop clean, semantic HTML, reusable responsive components, and interactive patterns following W3C standards for HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Provide development and support for customer-facing design systems, including new components, defects, accessibility, and page templates.
Collaborate with analysts, developers, and architects throughout SDLC for successful implementation and component requirements.
Stay current on UI frameworks (Vue.js, AngularJS, ReactJS, jQuery), trends, and programming techniques; research and suggest new tools and methods.
Participate in UX strategy, usability reviews, and cross-browser compatibility solutions; ensure maintainable, well-structured code aligned with best practices.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Adobe AEM
UI Front End Developer
Strong front-end development experience with hands-on programming in Java, JavaScript, React, Vue, or Angular on LAMP/MEAN/MERN stacks.
Skilled in creating conceptual and detailed design solutions based on user needs using Human-Centered Design (HCD) techniques.
Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager, SharePoint, and WordPress CMS is a plus.
Proven history of working with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Effective communication with business and technology stakeholders to deliver holistic solutions.

Pay Range And Benefits
Pay Range*: $40 to $42/hr.
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
