Key Responsibilities:
Digital Transformation - Lead and coordinate end-to-end software integration projects, ensuring seamless alignment with our digital transformation goals.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver robust solutions.
Build and maintain critical relationships with the business, vendors, and customers.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the software integration process.
Implement and oversee data migration and synchronization processes between various software systems.

Knowledge and Experience:
Proven experience in managing Digital projects
Strong project management experience in the aerospace or defence industry, with a focus on complex, large-scale environments.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Project management qualification (Agile, APM, PMP, PRINCE 2 etc)
Strong communication skills, the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
