About the job

experienced significant growth over the past few years, and I recently launched a dedicated Data and Impact department to strengthen how we use data across the organization. As part of this evolution, I’m seeking recommendations for Salesforce trainers with strong nonprofit and cross-functional team experience.

We’re looking to move beyond Salesforce as a reporting tool and toward using it for productivity, collaboration, and project management.

Ideal experience includes:

Fundraising/Development CRM & campaign management

Program or project management workflows in Salesforce

Qualifications

-Demonstrated experience training nonprofit organizations, especially mid-sized or growing teams

-Strong understanding of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud / NPSP and common nonprofit data models

-Proven ability to train cross-functional teams (Development, Programs, Operations) with different use cases

-Focus on workflow design and productivity, not just data entry or reporting

-Experience training fundraising teams on CRM best practices, campaign management, and donor pipelines

-Ability to translate Salesforce into practical, day-to-day tools that make staff work easier

-Strong change-management and adult-learning approach (hands-on, role-based, real-world examples)
