About The Role

The Business Intelligence Team sits within the CEO Office as a Strategy & Transformation function within Dyson. This role is accountable for leading Business Intelligence in the Americas across all categories of focus, and for driving strategic decision making through intelligence services, contextualized with a global, regional, and brand-level lens. Highlighting holistic and strategic analysis to leverage intelligence assessments for Dyson to create and protect market leading products and supporting senior leaders shape category and business strategies.

Responsibilities Include

Americas markets and category subject matter expect, highly proficient in data analytics and strategic assessment.
Deliver a platform of Intelligence centered around the Americas that services Market, RDD, Business Unit & Legal to enable strategic decision making.
Providing regional Intelligence reporting through analytic tools, and promoting self-service.

Accountabilities Strategic

Delivering the provision of intelligence through data analytics to drive the strategic goals of the business.
Leading across the Global BI Team Goals that enhance our team’s service model growth.
Providing strategic market level analysis across global and regional.
Support with the provision of consumer data and analysis in line with category and market focus.

Operational

Managing and prioritizing resource / time in accordance with their impact/profile/urgency, managing stakeholders for your categories.
Delivering consistent BI Service across all categories and applying constant learnings to enhance our service model.
Accountability on Business Intelligence benchmarking & data matrices which enable efficiency & effective decision making for the business.
Operational regional reporting and analysis to senior stakeholder groups within the enterprise (Markets, Legal, RDD and BU).
Supports the preparation of BI data, analysis, competitive landscape, delivered to Dyson senior leadership (ExCo, Board and JD).

Financial

Oversee a Regional testing budget centered on regional and category strategic value to Dyson.
Effective management of category spend against approved budget.
Conduct forecasting exercises to guide future budget cycles.

Salary: $123,200 - 138,600 annually + bonus opportunity
