Job Specifications

Financial services firm in NYC seeks an HR Coordinator to join their team for a 6-month contract. Must have 3-5 years of previous HR experience. Financial services experience required.

Hybrid schedule: 4 days/week onsite, 1 day remote

Pay rate: $34-37/hr

Hours: 9am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

Perform Excel tasks, including v-lookups and pivot tables, for HR data analysis.
Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
Assist in the execution of the performance cycle and related activities.
Conduct audits and manage compliance processes, such as I-9 documentation.
Collaborate with HR team members to address leave of absence-related projects.
Support the HR department in managing employee records and data integrity.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to HR strategy discussions.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in a relevant field.
3-5 years of experience in Human Resources within financial services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with HR compliance processes and audits.
