About The Role
Carta is seeking highly motivated college students entering their junior year or beyond who are eager to jumpstart their careers in sales. Our Sales Development Representative (SDR) Internship is a fast-paced, hands-on program designed to provide you with the skills, experience, and mentorship needed to succeed in SaaS sales.
This in-office role (Tuesday-Thursday mandatory) at our San Francisco headquarters offers direct access to Carta’s resources, mentorship from industry experts, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, revenue-generating projects.
What You’ll Do
Go-To-Market (GTM) Projects – Conduct research, prospect potential customers, map accounts, analyze data, and support business development initiatives.
Sales Tools & Software – Gain hands-on experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Pitchbook, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other key SDR tools.
Professional Development – Participate in LinkedIn workshops, build your personal brand, and expand your professional network.
Collaboration – Work closely with SDRs, Account Executives, and cross-functional teams to understand Carta’s go-to-market strategy.
Business Acumen – Attend weekly guest speaker sessions with industry leaders and explore different career paths within the company.
Capstone Project – Complete a final reflection paper summarizing your experience and key takeaways.
