Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Master Data Coordinator to support SAP Master Data activities within a global, regulated (GxP) environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP Master Data maintenance and a strong understanding of Supply Chain or Manufacturing Operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and update SAP Master Data (Material Master, Vendor, Customer, BOM, etc.) in alignment with business and compliance requirements
Execute master data changes with high accuracy while adhering to GxP and internal quality standards
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT teams to ensure data consistency and operational efficiency
Perform data validation, audits, and root-cause analysis to resolve master data issues
Support change management, documentation, and SOPs related to master data governance
Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards and internal controls
Assist in data cleansing, migration, and system enhancements when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Master Data maintenance
Strong experience supporting Supply Chain or Manufacturing Operations
Proven experience working in a global, regulated (GxP) environment
Advanced ability to execute data maintenance tasks accurately within SAP environments
Strong attention to detail and data quality mindset
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to work independently in a hybrid work model

Nice to Have

Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Medical Devices
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA
Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices
