Branch Operations is the largest division within DMV, supporting more than 14 branch offices across the state with a diverse workforce providing a range of DMV services to Connecticut residents.

THE ROLE
The Data Scientist plays a critical role in administering multiple appointment systems and analyzing system data to assess and improve branch performance and service delivery. The Data Scientist is responsible for leading agency-wide data pulls and ensuring accurate and timely reporting for both quarterly and yearly legislative requirements.
In addition, this role will be central to the DMV’s modernization efforts enabling data-driven development, analytics, and ensuring that new systems are designed to capture the data needed to evaluate performance, inform decision-making, and meet all compliance obligations.
