Job Title:Project Manager

Location: Toronto / Vancouver

Key Skills:Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, CRM) and related modules. Familiarity with AMS (Application Maintenance Services) processes

Job Description:

• Service Delivery Oversight
Ensure end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics services (D365, AX2012) in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs. This includes monitoring performance, managing incidents, and driving continuous improvement.
• Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, resolving escalations, and maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Governance & Compliance
Implement service delivery standards, ensure adherence to ITIL principles, and maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
• Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead cross-functional teams (functional consultants, technical consultants, support engineers) across global delivery centers. Provide coaching, mentoring, and ensure resource readiness.
• Financial & Contract Management
Monitor budgets, manage billing accuracy, and negotiate adjustments with clients when necessary.
• Reporting & Analytics
Prepare service performance reports, track metrics, and present insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making
Key Skills & Qualifications
• Technical Expertise
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, CRM) and related modules. Familiarity with AMS (Application Maintenance Services) processes.
• Process Orientation
Experience in ITIL-based service management, change management, and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Leadership & Communication
Ability to motivate teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate effectively across geographies.
• Experience
Typically 5+ years in service delivery roles, with exposure to large-scale ERP implementations and managed services.
