Rôles & Responsabilités

Collect, analyse, and challenge business requirements with internal stakeholders
Translate needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
Perform impact analysis across processes, systems, and operational flows
Support solution design together with Product Owner, IT teams, and business experts
Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders and validate requirements
Follow delivery progress and contribute to testing and implementation readiness
Ensure smooth change adoption through communication and documentation

Profil

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst
Understanding of investment products and custody / securities services
Experience working in Agile environments
Skilled in requirements gathering, process modelling, and stakeholder management
Strong analytical mindset and structured working approach
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (business + IT)
Fluent in English + FR/NL
