Swoon is hiring for our client in Houston, TX but this will be a heavily remote position with occasional office visits for scheduled meetings.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity with potential to extend/convert with Benefits - Health, Dental & Vision (50% of premium covered for contractor).

This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. You will support customer onboarding and utility-related requests while ensuring data accuracy and timely processing.

Position Overview

This role focuses heavily on data entry, customer request management, and coordination with internal teams and external utilities. You will be responsible for prioritizing incoming requests, supporting payment and billing inquiries, and meeting weekly performance metrics to ensure customers are successfully onboarded to the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-volume, detail-oriented data entry to support customer onboarding and system uploads
Manage and prioritize incoming customer requests, including bill inquiries and payment escalations
Conduct outreach to utility providers as needed to resolve customer issues
Ensure accuracy when handling customer data, requests, and payments
Meet weekly metrics and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with internal teams to audit work and identify process improvement opportunities
Provide feedback and insights to help improve workflows and operational efficiency
