Job Specifications

Our client in the technology space seeks an Administrative Assistant for a 4-5 month assignment. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience supporting executives with calendar management, travel coordination and working in a fast-paced environment. G-Suite experience is required.

Hybrid schedule: onsite 3 days per week

Hourly pay rate: $30-35/hr.

Hours: 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities:

Manage senior leadership schedules, appointments, and contact requests.
Manage multiple calendars and prioritize meetings.
Coordinate team and company events.
Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for executives.
Prepare and distribute meeting content and materials.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain workflow.
Support other projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative or executive assistant roles.
G-suite Experience is a requirement.
Proficiency in productivity tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment.
