Project Coordinator (Part-Time)Overview of the Role
Our large pharma company is seeking a part-time Project Coordinator to support the efficient daily operations of a fast-paced office environment by managing administrative tasks, organizing digital files, and assisting with cross-functional communication. This role requires strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, hands-on task execution, and the ability to maintain consistency and quality across documents, reports, and presentations. Ideal for someone with early-career experience or returning to the workforce, this is a detail-oriented role that provides meaningful support to staff and leadership.

Hours: Part-time, 16 hours per week; flexible distribution of hours as

Experience Level: 1+ years of professional experience
Top 3 Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage files, track tasks, and maintain consistency across documents.
Effective written and verbal communication, with the ability to interact across teams and manage follow-up efficiently.
Other Qualifications
Ability to create polished Word documents using templates, track changes, format reports, and automate tasks (such as Outlook rules).
Comfortable creating basic Excel spreadsheets to manage data and track inventory (expert-level not required).
Skilled in PowerPoint formatting to produce clear, professional presentations.
Experience scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating team sessions.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal direction.
Familiarity with file-sharing tools and Microsoft Teams (preferred).
Basic SharePoint experience (preferred).
Interest in or familiarity with basic AI productivity tools (preferred).
Basic creative abilities, such as simple video or graphic support (preferred).
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and organize the team SharePoint site and digital filing structure to ensure all content is accessible, up to date, and well organized.
Support project tracking by keeping files structured, monitoring assigned tasks, and ensuring timely follow-up.
Provide administrative and meeting support, including calendar management, scheduling, and coordinating team office hours.
Assist with creating and formatting presentations, documents, and reports for leadership and program management.
Ensure consistency across templates, branding, and document versions.
Execute follow-up on assigned action items to support progress and accountability.
Automate routine tasks using Outlook rules, templates, and other productivity tools when possible.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
