Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in both frontend and backend development, experience with modern frameworks like Next.js and NestJS, and strong knowledge of containerization and deployment practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using the MERN stack.
Build robust server-side applications and APIs with Node.js and NestJS.
Develop and optimize frontend applications with React.js and Next.js, leveraging server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
Containerize applications with Docker and manage deployments using Kubernetes.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure reliable CI/CD pipelines.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Mentor junior developers and actively participate in code reviews.
Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices to continuously improve development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

7+ years of professional software development experience with strong MERN stack expertise.
Advanced proficiency in:
React.js
Node.js
Express.js
Hands-on experience with Next.js (SSR and SSG).
Solid experience with containerized applications using Docker.
Practical experience with Kubernetes for orchestration and deployment.
Strong understanding of NestJS for building scalable backend services.
In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
