We are looking for an experienced IT Monitoring & Observability Engineer to support and enhance monitoring operations within a high-profile European institution based in Brussels.

This role combines operational excellence, architecture design, tool implementation, and performance optimization in a structured ITIL-driven environment.

Required Expertise

Log Management / Data Monitoring / AI / ML
Application Performance Monitoring (APM)
Microservices & Container architecture
Cloud-based applications and services
DevOps, AIOps, ITIL methodologies
Network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, firewalls, DNS, proxies)
Data Centre infrastructure (VMs, storage, servers)
AppDynamics
Dynatrace
Icinga
Splunk
IT Monitoring & Log Management in a centralised Operations Centre
IT infrastructure performance (fault, capacity, or security management)
IT Support Level 1 or Level 2
Data mining, IT metrics, reporting
Customer-facing IT services
