Job Specifications

Title: Java Solutions Designer - Intermediate

Duration: Till end of Dec 2026 (possible extension)

Location: Toronto

Domain: Government Services

Salary: $75-$80 per hour (based on experience)

Assignment Type - 5 days Onsite

Must Have:

5+ years of solution architecture experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
Experience designing enterprise-level RESTful and SOAP APIs, including service orchestration and security
Integration expertise with IBM BAW and OpenText CMS APIs
Experience with JEE application servers — IBM WebSphere / Liberty 8.x
Hands-on Azure Cloud architecture and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker)
Deep expertise in PL/SQL, data migration planning, staging tables, and rollback strategies
