. Architecture & Design Experience – 35%
Proven experience designing enterprise-level solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
Expertise in defining and maintaining solution architecture, integration patterns, and deployment strategies.
Experience leading design walkthroughs and updating architecture documentation.
Strong background in designing RESTful and SOAP APIs, including service orchestration and security.
2. Technologies & Integration Experience – 30%
Integration expertise with IBM BAW, and OpenText CMS APIs.
Experience with JEE application servers (IBM WebSphere, Liberty 8.x).
Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud architecture and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker).
Strong understanding of SOA, middleware, and gateway integration.
3. Data & Migration Strategy – 30%
Deep expertise in PL/SQL, data migration planning, and execution.
Experience designing staging tables, transformation logic, and rollback strategies.
Strong understanding of relational and hierarchical database design and optimization

Solutions Designer
Responsibilities
Undertakes the design of hosting technology solutions based on the client’s service specifications, standards, policies, best practices and cost models, in order to meet client application business requirement and project/initiative deliverables.
General Skills
Knowledge of integrated networking technologies, mainframe, midrange server, enterprise storage and SAN, and personal computer system technologies
Knowledge of related best practices, OPS directory/messaging standards, standard facilities infrastructure/architecture management, facility service delivery processes, infrastructures policies, procedures and direction, cost models and procurement processes,
Ability to gather client business requirements; corporate I&IT information mandates, client information technology strategic plans, environment and standards
Ability to participate in the development of solutions and provide advice on short/long term solution service development activities.
Knowledge of leading edge technologies design criteria, security and recovery procedures, preparation of technical specifications for installation, testing and performance of integrated, multi-services systems; assess performance and capacity of existing system making recommendations for improving performance and develop technical documentation.

Architecture & Design Leadership
Proven experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
Expertise in defining solution architecture, integration patterns, and deployment strategies across complex systems.
Leads design walkthroughs, provides technical direction, and ensures alignment with business and technical requirements.
Responsible for updating and maintaining solution architecture documents, including integration diagrams, data flow models, and deployment guides.
Integration & Platform Expertise
Advanced experience designing and implementing RESTful and SOAP APIs, including service orchestration, payload modeling, versioning, and security.
Integration expertise with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW).
Expert-level experience with OpenText CMS APIs, including metadata management, content lifecycle integration, and compliance.
