Are you an experienced Product Owner ready to drive meaningful change across Buying & Supply Chain, connecting business goals with high-value technical delivery?

If so, we have an opportunity for a Group Technology Product Owner to join our Buying and Supply Chain Function team

The Impact You Will Have In This Role Is

Act as the bridge between business and technology, shaping priorities, clarifying requirements and delivering value
Own the Buying & Supply Chain roadmap across BAU, priority and strategic initiatives
Manage a prioritised backlog, translating objectives into clear user stories with acceptance criteria
Lead discovery and insight gathering to inform decisions and improve outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities, delivery and outcomes
Drive agile delivery, managing dependencies, removing blockers and maintaining momentum
Communicate progress, risks and impacts clearly to stakeholders
Ensure alignment with governance, compliance and technology standards
Support adoption through training, knowledge transfer and post-implementation reviews

As our future Group Technology Product Owner you will have:

2+ years’ experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role with similar responsibilities
Strong understanding of digital delivery lifecycles and business process optimisation
Proven experience managing product roadmaps and backlogs across BAU, priority and strategic initiatives
Hands-on experience writing clear user stories with defined acceptance criteria
Confident stakeholder management and facilitation across technical and non-technical audiences
Analytical, proactive and adaptable, with the ability to balance priorities and drive outcomes
Familiarity with merchandising and PLM systems, Microsoft ecosystem (including Dynamics), iPaaS and Azure SQL
Understanding of GDPR and working within governance and compliance frameworks
Degree or certification in Business, IT, Digital, Business Analysis or a related field
