We are a Fintech company focused on digital lending software, a market growing around 18% per year and set to be worth $27 billion by 2028. Given our expertise within the company and across the group we aim to be the leader in the space, and in order to do that we need a team of people who can not just write quality code but can think, create and challenge others to come up with the best solutions for our customers. Assist in making adaptive & informed decisions to support changing business needs & priorities
Work closely with engineering teams to plan and deliver work through regular sprint cycles, learning Agile methodologies
Develop effective tooling, time management and organisational skills to implement an Agile based delivery approach

Requirements & Delivery

Support gathering, analysing, and documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements from internal and external stakeholders
Learn to translate requirements into clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
Assist in defining and continuously improving end-to-end customer and user journeys across the platform
Support development teams throughout delivery, including sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and release activities
