JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is actively hiring experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Developers to support a rapid ramp‑up in an Insurance line of the business at a major financial services institution. This team is launching new retail and life insurance products on Salesforce and this role requires strong hands‑on FSC development experience, with insurance domain knowledge as highly preferred. The role focuses on core FSC development, FSC and Marketing Cloud connectivity, and Agile delivery of user stories. Key Responsibilities - Develop and enhance Salesforce FSC solutions to support insurance initiatives and new product launches - Deliver sprint‑based development in an Agile environment, including delivering on user stories. - Support and maintain integrations between FSC and Marketing Cloud to ensure reliable data flow - Integrate Salesforce with internal platforms and 3rd‑party vendor systems, troubleshooting data and system issues as required - Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, including BAs, QA, and architects, to ensure high‑quality delivery

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- 8+ years of overall development experience, specifically focused in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud - Background in large financial services organizations specifically within Insurance domains. - Hands‑on Salesforce development experience (Apex + Lightning, strong configuration skills) - Proven delivery in Agile sprint environments - Solid experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs - Comfortable working with data‑heavy systems and cross‑platform dependencies - Ability to ramp up quickly - Strong communication skills and experience working with distributed teams

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Experience with Marketing Cloud connectivity - Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer, App Builder)
