Insight Global is hiring a Senior Business Analyst with deep Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience, ideally with an insurance domain background. This individual will be the first dedicated Salesforce BA on the team and will play a key role partnering with the business organization and the Salesforce technology team. This role supports initiatives across client onboarding, account and portfolio views, and integration, with increasing exposure to AI‑driven capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the lead Business Analyst for Salesforce FSC initiatives
Gather and document functional and non‑functional requirements
Translate business needs into Salesforce‑aligned user stories and configurations
Support Salesforce solutions across:
Client onboarding
Account and portfolio management
Integration with retail platforms
Act as a key liaison between business, Salesforce technology teams, and vendors
Support delivery in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT, and stakeholder demos

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working in Insurance domains ideally, and Wealth Management or Financial services
5+ years of experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
Strong experience working on Salesforce implementations or enhancements
Solid understanding of front‑office financial services workflows
Experience working in hybrid delivery environments in Agile and Waterfall
