Job Title: Business Analyst -CIAM
Location: Toronto, ON

Rate: 55-67/hr
Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) to support requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation of identity-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with CIAM platforms and a solid understanding of authentication, authorization, security workflows, and customer experience journeys.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to CIAM capabilities.
Work closely with product, security, and engineering teams to design customer identity workflows.
Define and document user journeys, process flows, and use cases for CIAM features.
Support implementation of authentication, authorization, MFA, SSO, and consent management solutions.
Conduct gap analysis, identify improvements, and recommend solutions based on business and security needs.
Facilitate workshops, discussions, and requirement walkthroughs with stakeholders.
Support testing activities including test case creation, UAT coordination, and validation.
Maintain detailed documentation and ensure alignment with compliance and security standards.
Required Skills
Strong experience as a Business Analyst in identity and access management (IAM/CIAM).
Understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML).
Familiarity with CIAM platforms (e.g., Okta, ForgeRock, Auth0, Azure AD B2C).
Excellent skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Ability to create process flows, BRDs, FRDs, and user journey maps.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
