As Service Delivery Manager, you will ensure smooth and reliable service delivery, build strong partnerships with business stakeholders, and manage key supplier relationships. You'll play a crucial role in aligning IT services with business needs while ensuring customer satisfaction. The Job

Guarantee high-quality IT service delivery and ensure processes meet business needs.
Act as a trusted partner for business stakeholders, product owners, and architects.
Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and SLAs to ensure optimal performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through reporting, feedback, and data analysis.

Your Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) with 7+ years in IT service delivery or operations.
Strong knowledge of ITIL methodology (certification is a plus).
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English and native in Dutch or French, with proven experience in an international context.
