Freelancer Opportunity - Business Analyst

Location: Brussels, Proximus headquarters, at least 2 times a week
Seniority level: At least 5 years of experience in business analysis; at least 5 years in IT, preferably in application development, cloud computing technologies, and a solid understanding of IT resilience concepts
Language: Very good ENG, NL or FR is a plus
Mission:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be part of the IT Resilience and Audit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Analyzing operational processes and solutions across various areas of the IT department (applications, cloud infrastructure, operational processes, data requirements, etc.).
Defining metrics and measuring results across teams and solutions.
Assisting in implementing improved solutions and following up on results.
Developing acceptance criteria.
Conducting gap analysis.
This role involves working closely with stakeholders, through workshops, as well deep-dive analysis of received information.

Skills:

Solid experience in business analysis, process analysis and IT.
Detail-oriented with ability to stay focused on the main elements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Structural and system thinking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in business process analysis.
Skilled in different types of visualization, including solution architecture
Knowledge of relevant tools and methodologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dependable and able to work autonomously, focusing on results.
Adaptability: Flexible and able to adapt to changing environments.
Highly disciplined and organized.
Quick learner who can handle large amounts of information effectively.
