Job Specifications

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the ongoing administration, optimization, and strategic evolution of an enterprise Salesforce ecosystem, including CRM and Marketing Cloud.

This is not a ticket-based admin role — this is a platform leadership position where you will serve as a subject matter expert, technical advisor, and strategic partner to product owners and stakeholders across the organization.

You will play a key role in shaping the direction of Salesforce while ensuring platform stability, security, performance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Administration & Governance

Administer and support enterprise Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud environments
Manage user permissions, security models, sharing rules, and data access controls
Monitor system health, performance, and release updates
Maintain platform integrity across multiple environments (Dev, Test, Prod)
Oversee third-party AppExchange integrations

Solution Design & Implementation

Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using objects, workflows, validation rules, automation tools, and triggers
Assess system impacts of proposed enhancements and changes
Lead release management and feature rollouts

Marketing Cloud Management

Manage CRM and Marketing Cloud data synchronization
Build automated workflows and customer journeys in Automation Studio
Develop audience segmentation and manage data extensions
Apply industry best practices for email deliverability

Data Integrity & Optimization

Lead data governance initiatives including duplicate management and data cleanup
Execute bulk data operations using tools such as SOQL and Data Loader
Define validation rules and enforce data standards
Improve overall Salesforce org health

Strategic Leadership

Contribute to Salesforce roadmap planning
Drive user adoption and end-user training initiatives
Serve as a technical point of contact for cross-functional teams
Stay current with Salesforce innovations, including AI-driven capabilities

Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience
Active Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Marketing Cloud Administrator required)
Experience working on enterprise-wide projects
Strong background in business analysis and stakeholder engagement
Full IT project lifecycle experience (project management, development, QA, change management)
Experience with Education Cloud or other industry-specific clouds (Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, etc.) preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage operational support and project work in a fast-paced environment
