We’re currently seeking a passionate and experienced Salesforce Administrator for the team at AudienceView! As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a strong Salesforce Administrator who is detail oriented, proactive, and able to turn business requirements into tangible solutions for our team members. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for achieving business objectives by developing features and functionality that effectively solve our growing business needs within Salesforce. Position Responsibilities:

Work with colleagues to identify system pain points and advise on Salesforce best practices and use cases of Salesforce tools to do their jobs optimally.
Work with internal customers to gather requirements and implement configuration changes, including the definition of Flows and Approval Processes and custom Object implementation.
Collaborate with other members of the Salesforce Team to develop solutions which work in harmony with existing processes.
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and 3rd party tools.
Drive business process improvement through knowledge of Salesforce out-of-box features.
Contribute to development and adoption of AI tools, including, but not limited to Agentforce and Microsoft Copilot
Work with end users to provide day-to-day support with our platforms.
Stay up to date and implement new Salesforce, releases, features, and best practices.
Identify system enhancements, collaborate for solutions and configuration, plus regression & user acceptance testing.
Actively participate in Salesforce change management including documentation and training for Salesforce users on new features.
Contribute to technical documentation ensuring that processes and fields are properly documented and defined.
Support data and data quality initiatives across Salesforce and related platforms.

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role.
Experience with declarative development in SFDC (e.g. Flow, Dynamic Pages)
Process/Project Management: skilled at figuring out and managing the processes and timelines necessary to get work accomplished.
Knowledge about Change Management best practices.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Account Engagement (formerly Pardot).
Experience with 3rd party integrations with Salesforce, including using security best practices
Familiarity with working in a Microsoft environment

Nice to have:

Salesforce Administrator, AgentForce, Platform App Builder, Sharing and Visibility Certifications.
Experience with 3rd party tools like Conga, Form Assembly, SalesLoft, ChurnZero, Apollo.
Specific Experience with: Agentforce (AI), Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud
