Account Executive | Field Service & Workforce Management SaaS | UK Remote | £75k OTE
The Opportunity
We are working exclusively with a fast-growing UK SaaS business that provides a field service management and workforce scheduling platform used by some of the UK's largest housing associations, local authorities, and facilities management organisations.
This is a genuine new business role. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, selling into operational and technical buyers who manage large, complex field-based workforces.
What You Will Be Doing
Owning the full new business sales cycle from prospecting through to close
Targeting housing associations, local authorities, facilities management businesses, and utilities providers
Building relationships with senior operational stakeholders including Heads of Operations, IT Directors, Asset Managers, and Directors of Housing
Managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with sales cycles typically in the range of 6 to 18 months
Working closely with pre-sales and implementation teams to deliver compelling demonstrations and proposals
Accurately forecasting pipeline and reporting into senior leadership
What We Are Looking For
You will need to have sold a complex B2B SaaS platform into operational or technical buyers. The ideal background is someone who has worked at one or more of the following:
Social Housing and Public Sector Technology: Civica, MRI Software, NEC Software Solutions, Northgate Public Services, Aareon, Orchard Information Systems, Idox, Capita, Kirona
Field Service Management: Totalmobile, BigChange, Joblogic, Kirona, Commusoft, Simpro, ServiceMax, IFS, ServicePower, Re-flow, Praxedo
Workforce Management: ActiveOps, Quinyx, Rotageek, NICE, Verint, Calabrio
Construction and Asset Management: Causeway Technologies, COINS Global, Trimble, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Concerto, Planon
You do not need to have worked at one of these exact companies, but you do need to understand the buyer. If you have spent your career selling SaaS to operational leaders in asset-heavy, compliance driven sectors, we want to hear from you.
The Ideal Candidate
3 to 7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of hitting and exceeding quota
Experience navigating long, complex sales cycles with multiple decision makers
Comfortable with public sector procurement processes including frameworks, tenders, and G-Cloud
A natural relationship builder who can engage credibly with both operational and technical stakeholders
Self-sufficient and structured with the ability to manage your own pipeline
Based anywhere in the UK with willingness to travel for customer meetings and events
