Role Summary
Project Manager responsible for leading an enterprise Data Platform upgrade as part of the Business Transformation Program. Accountable for end-to-end delivery using an iterative approach, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives. The rate for this 12 month engagement is $95-$105/hr.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full project lifecycle for a Data Platform upgrade.
Define and prioritize business requirements and project scope.
Develop and execute an iterative implementation plan.
Oversee solution design, build, testing, deployment, and transition to operations.
Manage risks, issues, changes, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
Manage project budget, forecasts, and financial reporting.
Coordinate internal teams and external delivery partners, including vendors.
Ensure effective project governance and stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications & Experience
University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
PMP certification preferred.
5+ years of full lifecycle project management experience.
Proven delivery of enterprise data platforms, data governance, and large-scale data migration initiatives.
Experience with hybrid on-premise and cloud data integrations. Hands-on experience with data migration strategies and enterprise integration (e.g., ESB, RESTful APIs).
Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Experience managing remote, cross-functional, and third-party vendor/partner teams.
