Position Title: IT Project Manager (Senior / Niche)
Number of Positions: 15
Schedule: Monday – Friday - 37.5 hours/week (7.5 hours/day) - Core business hours
Start Date: ASAP – Target April 1
Duration: 12 months
Extension: Possible (based on business need & performance)
Conversion: Possible (based on business need & performance)
Office Locations: Toronto, London, Ottawa
Overtime: Possible : Work Location (Hybrid)
Currently 2 days onsite / 3 days remote
Eventually 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
Travel: Not required

Role Overview
The Senior Program / Project Manager will plan, manage, and deliver complex technology programs aligned with enterprise strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Manage programs across PDLC, Agile, or hybrid frameworks
Lead cross-functional teams (BAs, SMEs, technology resources)
Partner with executive sponsors and senior stakeholders
Establish program governance and reporting
Manage program budgets, financial forecasts, and cost estimates
Track risks and develop mitigation strategies
Deliver projects aligned to scope, timeline, and cost objectives
Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory standards
Support vendor management and RFP processes
Must-Have Skills
10+ years Project / Program Management experience
Experience delivering complex technology programs
Managed multi-million-dollar budgets
Experience with internal governance and compliance frameworks
Big Bank / Financial Institution experience (required)

Strong communication (written & verbal)
Executive stakeholder management
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Proactive and solutions-oriented
Desire to grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
