We're looking for an intern in recruitment of IT & digital profiles

digica is a digital transformation consulting firm working with mid-sized and large organisations across Belgium. We help our clients implement meaningful change through ERP deployments, CRM transformations and operational efficiency programs.

We are a nimble and experienced team. And we're looking for someone who wants to learn by doing.

What you'll be doing

You'll be embedded in the team from day one, contributing to real work across several areas:

Sourcing and qualifying IT & Digital profiles to support our client missions
Monitoring consulting opportunities on platforms like Prounity and Connecting-Expertise
Supporting business development and client outreach activities
Helping structure and improve our internal processes
Contributing to marketing and communication initiatives

This is a hands-on role. You'll see how a consulting business operates up from client engagement to delivery.

What we're looking for

Currently completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Business, Communications, IT, HR, or related field)
Organised, proactive, and comfortable working with some autonomy
Familiar with LinkedIn and standard digital tools
Genuinely curious about consulting, digital transformation, or the business world in general
A strong work ethic matters more to us than a perfect résumé
