Job Title: Clinical Business Analyst

Location: New York, NY 10016

Duration: 2 Months with a strong possibility of extension

Schedule: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay Range: $55 to $60/Hour.

Job Description:

Hospital seeks a Clinical Business Analyst to support clinical and operational performance through data analysis and workflow optimization.
The role partners with clinical, IT, and administrative teams to translate business needs into effective system solutions.
Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, gaps, and quality improvement opportunities.
Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, regulatory compliance, and patient care outcomes.
Support EHR enhancements, system testing, implementation, and end-user training.
Facilitate process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and patient experience.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and accreditation standards.

Required Experience:

3–5 years of healthcare analytics, clinical informatics, or business analysis experience required.
Strong SQL, reporting tools, EHR knowledge, and communication skills are essential.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required, master’s preferred.
