The Role

This part time role provides essential administrative and organisational support to the Resident Experience & Wellbeing team. This is a 12-month fixed term position to support with a period of parental leave. This is primarily a home-based role but with some travel for in-person meetings.

The Administrator ensures the smooth and efficient delivery of resident experience and wellbeing initiatives by supporting with routine reporting of data and insights, collating minutes and actions for the team (centrally and divisionally), coordination of key meetings, workshop planning and the Resident Experience Forum.

The Administrator plays a vital enabling role - strengthening the team s capacity to deliver consistent, proactive and responsive support to our property teams, including the delivery of training and workshops, which contributes to an excellent resident experience across our property portfolio.

What You`ll Be Doing

Collate data and insights on a monthly basis to support regional, divisional and national reporting on resident experience, wellbeing and engagement activity
Support the team in presenting their work consistently and clearly, allowing them articulate a narrative to a broad audience
Maintain shared documentation, templates and filing structures to ensure consistent and efficient team operations.
Organise monthly and quarterly meetings, including scheduling, room/virtual setup, coordination of attendees and distribution of meeting invitations.
Prepare agendas, pre reads, presentations and minutes, ensuring actions are captured, distributed and followed up in a timely manner.
Provide logistical and administrative support for the Resident Experience Forum, which brings together our national network of Student Experience Managers
Act as a central administrative contact point for the team, supporting with general correspondence, calendar coordination and day to day operational requests.
Use of Salesforce (our Customer Relationship Management system) to support with case administration and reporting

What We`re Looking for in You

Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
A flair for presenting complex detail through clear, visual presentation, using powerpoint or similar
Confidence in working with data,
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work proactively, manage competing priorities and support multiple team members across different regions.
Experience in an administrative, coordination or data oriented role is desirable.
An interest in student wellbeing, community building or resident experience would be beneficial.
