About the Role

Greenspace Health is looking for a Senior Growth and Demand Generation Manager to own and execute our acquisition strategy across paid media, SEO/AEO, website performance, and marketing funnel analytics. This role is responsible for driving measurable pipeline growth by optimizing how prospects discover, engage with, and convert through our marketing channels.

This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role for someone who is highly organized and comfortable living in Ad Managers, but can step back to translate performance data into clear, strategic priorities. You will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns day-to-day, while also surfacing insights that inform our broader content strategy, website optimization, and go-to-market decisions. You will work closely with content writers, Sales, Product, and RevOps, taking on direct ownership of acquisition performance across other initiatives.

This role sits at the center of Greenspace’s growth engine. You will shape how prospective customers discover Greenspace, how they move through our funnel, and how efficiently marketing drives pipeline growth for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to operate like a growth leader within a scaling B2B SaaS organization.

What You’ll Own

Paid Media

Own performance and scaling of paid acquisition channels, including budget allocation, CAC efficiency, and pipeline contribution.
Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Bing
Own day-to-day performance: testing, iteration, and optimization
Design and run continuous growth experiments across ads, landing pages, messaging, and conversion flows to improve acquisition efficiency.
Develop and refine audience targeting, messaging, and creative direction
Analyze results and make clear recommendations on where to scale, pause, or test 
Connect paid insights back into organic and content strategy

SEO / AEO Strategy & Content Prioritization

Own SEO and AEO insight and strategy (this is not a content writing role)
Identify high-intent search opportunities and prioritize content improvements that drive qualified traffic and conversion.
Identify content gaps, pages with poor performance, and high-impact opportunities
Build and maintain a strategic content map to guide writers and editors
Ensure content is structured for discoverability, answer engines, and conversion
Monitor organic performance and translate data into clear priorities

Website Performance & Conversion Rate Optimization

Own the performance of key marketing landing pages and conversion pathways
Monitor overall website health, including page load speed and Core Web Vitals
Identify UX, performance, and conversion issues impacting acquisition
Partner with design and development teams to prioritize fixes and improvements
Continuously optimize landing pages, forms, and conversion paths

Salesforce, Attribution & Funnel Performance

Use Salesforce data to evaluate lead quality, attribution accuracy, and channel performance.
Use funnel insights to continuously improve marketing efficiency, lead quality, and pipeline conversion.
Ensure forms, UTMs, and attribution are set up correctly across campaigns
Set up campaign tracking in partnership with Revenue Operations & AI Enablement Manager
Track and analyze performance across the funnel (MQL → SQL → opportunity)
Surface insights and issues early (e.g., drop-off points, lead quality concerns)
Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to improve pipeline outcomes

In the first 90 days, you will:

Take full ownership of paid acquisition performance
Clearly articulate what’s working, what’s not, and where to focus next
Deliver a prioritized SEO/AEO content roadmap
Improve visibility into channel performance and lead quality
Proactively identify and address website and funnel bottlenecks
Become fully comfortable with Salesforce setup, reporting, and improvement opportunities.
