Are you a hands-on digital marketer who loves building automation programs from the ground up?

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of email marketing automation and content execution for a growing North American industrial organization in Mississauga.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone ready to step into more ownership and build scalable, data-driven campaigns that directly support business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

Email Marketing & Automation

Build and launch automated lead nurturing and lifecycle workflows
Develop segmentation strategies and dynamic personalization
Create automation programs for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
Run A/B testing and optimize performance

Content Creation

Write compelling email copy aligned with brand voice
Develop landing page content and supporting campaign assets
Ensure messaging clarity, consistency, and conversion focus

Marketing Tech & Integration

Support integration between email platforms and CRM/ERP systems
Maintain clean data flows and reporting accuracy
Contribute to marketing technology improvements

Analytics & Optimization

Track KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversion, engagement)
Provide reporting insights and actionable recommendations
Continuously refine campaigns using performance data

What We’re Looking For

2–3 years of digital marketing experience (strong email automation focus)
Experience designing automated workflows and segmentation strategies
Strong copywriting and editing skills
Understanding of lifecycle marketing and personalization
Experience with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Odoo, or similar platforms
Analytical mindset with comfort reviewing campaign data
